On the afternoon of May 10, the 2025 HDBank National Futsal Championship continued with the first two matches of Round 6, highlighted by the clash between Thai Son Bac and Saigon Titans.

The latest match of the day between Thai Son Bac and Saigon Titans was expected to be one-sided, as Thai Son Bac sat second on the table, five points clear of Saigon Titans. However, the two teams engaged in a tightly contested battle, with no goals scored for most of the first half despite Thai Son Bac dominating possession and launching constant attacks. In the 11th minute, against the run of play, Saigon Titans stunned their opponents with a goal by Dinh Bo Thanh.

In the second half, Thai Son Bac continued to control the game and maintained constant pressure on Saigon Titans. However, while the capital side was still struggling to break through the opponent’s defense, they unexpectedly conceded a second goal. From a well-executed set piece, Co Chi Kien fired a shot to double the lead to 2-0 in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute, Minh Quang pulled one back for Thai Son Bac, narrowing the gap to 1-2. With just about 30 seconds left on the clock, Vu Ngoc Anh scored the dramatic equalizer to secure a 2-2 draw. Despite the draw, Thai Son Bac remained in second place after six rounds.
