On the evening of August 12, Thai Son Bac defeated Thai Son Nam Ho Chi Minh City 3-0 to successfully defend their title at the 2025 HDBank National Futsal Cup.

In the 2nd minute, foreign player Mota provided an assist for Tu Minh Quang, who scored from long range to open the scoring for Thai Son Bac. In the second half, the turning point came when Nhan Gia Hung was shown a straight red card, putting Thai Son Nam in trouble. Taking advantage of the extra man, in the 34th minute, Van Tuan fired decisively to make it 2-0. Late in the match, as Thai Son Nam Ho Chi Minh City deployed the power-play, goalkeeper Van Tu scored to seal a 3-0 victory.

The result secured Thai Son Bac’s second consecutive championship, reaffirming their position as the number one futsal team in Vietnam.

In addition to the championship title, Thai Son Bac was also honored with two more awards:

2. Best Player: Nguyen Da Hai
